Check In & Check Out:
Check In is at 4pm & Check Out is at 11am. Please respect the next scheduled guest by being prompt when departing in order for the housekeeping to come inside and start cleaning for the next guest. We require guests to show proof of indentification at check in.

Security Deposit:
A credit card must be presented at time of check in, as a security deposit against any possible damage done and all policies have been met. No charges will be made to the credit card as long as no damage is found evident and all policies have been met. If damages surpass the $250, additional charges will be applied.

Confirmation of Reservation:
After making a reservation, you will receive a rental statement by e-mail, fax or mail. This statement will supply your name, the rooms you have reserved, your rental fees and directions to our inn. It is your responsibility to insure you have all the proper information for your rental stay.

Payment Policy:
Payment is expected in full at the time of check in. Check, cash, money order, travlers check or credit card are accepted.

Listing & Pricing:
We have made every effort to ensure that all information on The Old Bicycle Inn website is correct. Rates, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include tax or cleaning fee and are subject to change. Rates for holidays, special events, and weekends may be higher. Minimum night requirements my vary for holidays and special events.

Acts of God/Construction Noise:
The Old Bicycle Inn shall not be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with guest occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, inclement weather and construction noise from nearby sites. NO DISCOUNT OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.

No Smoking Inside The Old Bicycle Inn.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a reservation we require a phone call to our office where you will be given a cancellation number. You are then required to mail or fax a letter stating you are canceling the reservation along with the receipt of a certified letter mailed to: The Old Bicycle Inn 931 W Clermont Street, Clermont, FL  34711

There is an "anytime" reservations cancellation fee of $25.00. Reservations cancelled with less than a 2 month notice are subject to an $100.00 fee. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 1 week notice forfeits $250 deposit and No Shows are subject to the entire rental fees. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well.
