Built in the 1920’s by a prominent Clermont
pharmacist, the two-story California-style bungalow was later converted
into offices for a local accounting firm. The Banzhaf’s are in
the process of bringing the inn back to its former glory. “The
buildings and the property have a character and charm that makes them
unique,” says Bill. “Although the house is small enough
to be warm and inviting, the large common rooms, many windows and the
large property give you space to move and breathe.”
